What is an eSIM?

An eSIM is a digital SIM built into your phone. It lets you add a mobile data plan without a physical SIM card.

When should I install my eSIM?

Set it up before your trip while you have internet access. At the destination, select it for mobile data and turn data roaming on. Save or print the QR code as a backup.

When does the plan start?

The activation rule is shown before purchase. Most plans start at the first connection to a supported network at your destination.

Why is there no internet after arrival?

In Cellular Data, select the installed eSIM. Then open its settings and enable Data Roaming. These options may not switch on automatically.

Can I make calls or send SMS?

Our travel eSIM plans are data-only. Calls and SMS are unavailable, but WhatsApp, Telegram, iMessage and other internet apps continue to work.

Can I buy one eSIM for several countries?

Yes. Choose a regional eSIM plan and check the included countries before purchase.

When will I receive my eSIM?

The installation page appears after confirmed payment and contains the QR code, quick-install links, ICCID, APN and a private usage page.

Can I keep my current number?

Yes. Keep your regular SIM for calls and SMS and select eSIM2Go only for mobile data.

Which phones support eSIM?

Most recent iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel and many other models support eSIM. The phone must also be carrier-unlocked.
