eSIM2Go. Important: eSIM profiles are digital products and cryptocurrency transfers are irreversible. Confirm device compatibility and destination coverage before paying.
Agreement and service
By using the website, Telegram Mini App or support, you accept these terms. eSIM2Go resells data-only eSIM profiles supplied by third-party mobile operators and providers; eSIM2Go is not a mobile network operator. Plans do not include a telephone number, voice calls or SMS unless a product page explicitly says otherwise.
Checks before purchase
You must confirm that the device is eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked and permitted for use at the destination. Review the included countries, networks, data, validity, speed limits and activation rule shown before payment. Installation requires internet access. After arrival, select the installed eSIM for mobile data and enable data roaming for that eSIM if it is off.
Price, payment and delivery
The final price and currency are shown before checkout. Website cryptocurrency payments are hosted by NOWPayments; Telegram methods are shown inside the Mini App. After confirmed payment and successful provider fulfilment, the website can display the QR code, installation links, ICCID and private plan page. Keep the order number and recovery email. Blockchain payments cannot be reversed by eSIM2Go.
Activation, validity and coverage
Most plans start when the eSIM first connects to a supported network in the covered destination, but the product card controls if it states another rule. Coverage, speed and first-connection time depend on local operators, location, congestion and device. Install before travelling where possible, but do not delete an issued eSIM unless support tells you to do so.
Problems, replacement and refunds
Successfully delivered digital eSIMs are normally non-refundable, especially after installation, activation or data use. Contact support promptly if payment is confirmed but delivery fails, activation data is invalid or a verified provider fault prevents use. We will investigate and may reissue, replace or refund where appropriate and where required by law. Wrong destination, incompatible or locked devices, and incorrect setup are not provider faults.
Acceptable use and responsibility
You must be at least 18, obey applicable laws, keep activation data private and use the service lawfully. Do not resell credentials, interfere with networks or abuse payment and support systems. Service can be suspended for fraud, unlawful activity or security risk.
Availability and liability
Mobile service relies on independent providers and cannot be guaranteed everywhere or without interruption. To the extent permitted by law, eSIM2Go is not liable for indirect losses, missed bookings, device configuration, local restrictions, carrier outages or coverage and speed outside our control. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Promotions, changes and support
Discounts, cashback and referrals may be available only in Telegram and follow the conditions shown there; website purchases receive the eSIM without Telegram account benefits unless stated otherwise.
